Ingredients: 6 cups chilled water A few slices of Lemon Thin slices Cucumber - as required, preferably a 2:1 ratio for Cucumber : Lemon Few mint leaves In a jug, combine water, cucumber, lemon. Leave it in the fridge overnight. Add ice cubes just before serving. You can substitute lemon and cucumber for any other fruit and spice of your choice.
