Til Chikki is a healthy sweet recipe, perfect as a crunchy afternoon snack, had best after meals as it aids digestion. Til chikkis are best eaten during winter as they produce heat in our body and are a good source of calcium. Til seeds helps your skin to retain moisture too!

Tip Procedure :

Til ki Chikki, Prestige SmartChef

All we need is:-
1) Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
2) Peanuts 100 gm
3) Jaggery (Gur) 1/3 cup
4) Ghee 1 tsp
5) Water 1 cup

Roast Til for 2 mins. Heat the ghee in a pan and add the jaggery to it, keep it on low flame and allow to simmer. Cook till the syrup when dropped in a cup of cold water, forms a hard lump. Add til and crushed peanuts. Cook for another 2 mins. Remove from the flame. Pour the mixture into greased dish. Spread evenly and let it cool. Voila!!!
