It's a little healthier than its deep-fried counterpart, but every bit delicious - and in honor of the original dish, be sure to serve these spicy wings


Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. Take pieces of Chicken wings in a glass bowl.

    Step 2. Add salt and some cooking oil to it.

    Step 3. Mix refined flour, red chili powder, garlic powder and some black pepper together. The chicken wings have to be coated with the mixture.

    Step 4. Place the chicken wings thus coated onto a baking tray.

    Step 5. Now we shall place the baking tray into Prestige OTG( Oven Toaster Griller), bake it at  140 degree celsius for around 12-15 minutes.

    Step 6. By baking , you end up saving yourselves the burden of unwanted calories instead of frying.

    Step 7. Let’s go ahead and prepare the yummy sauce in Prestige unique Alpha Induction Base Saucepan.

    Step 8. On low flame,let 4-5 tablespoons of butter melt away.

    Step 9. As the butter is melting away, sprinkle in some salt and black pepper. Add  chopped  onions finely chopped garlic and Hot chili sauce into the saucepan giving color and texture to the sauce.

    Step 10. Now add 4 tablespoons of Tomato ketchup, soy sauce, lime juice for sour taste and Honey for the gentle sweet taste.

    Step 11. Switch off the gas and now introduce these ingredients into Prestige Mixer-Grinder and blend them well.

    Step 12. Now transfer the contents of the mixer-grinder back into the saucepan.

    Step 13. Remove the chicken wings from the oven, add it to the saucepan and nicely turn it around in sauce

    Beautifully quoted chicken wings are now ready.
