  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 chopped onions
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
  • 8-9 walnuts
  • 2 cups of Broccoli florets
  • 4 tablespoons of cream 
  • Black Pepper for taste

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. Take butter and allow it to melt away in the saucepan.

    Step 2. Add chopped onions to the butter, some salt, finely chopped garlic and walnuts to the saucepan and saute them till the onions turn translucent. Add some black pepper to it to enhance the flavor.

    Step 3. Drop Broccoli florets into the saucepan and adjust the temperature to medium heat, pour in 2 cups of hot water boiled quickly from Prestige electric kettle.

    Step 4. Let the contents cook for 3-4 minutes with the snug fit cover in its place. Strain out the water from the saucepan, which is now a nutritious vegetable stock that can be used in gravies and curries.

    Step 5. The cooked vegetables are now blended together in Prestige Mixer-Grinder using the strained vegetable stock to get the richness of the walnuts and the Broccoli in it.

    Step 6. To that blended mix, now enrich it further by adding cream to it and blend it again.

    Step 7. Turn the knob of the mixer-grinder ascending from 1-3 and descending back from 3-1 and get the right consistency blend.

    Step 8. Serve the nutritious soup with some walnuts as garnish and enjoy!
