Tasty and yummy Chicken Gold Coin, when served hot, adds a perfect taste to the time and dinner.


Ingredients

1. MINCED CHICKEN - 100 Gm

2. BREAD - 1 PKT

3. EGG - 1 PIC

4. GINGER GARLIC PEST - 2 SPN

5. WC SAUCE - 1 SPN

6. OIL - FOR FRY 

Step By Step Method

  • HOW TO MAKE:-

    Step 1

    First, take a bowl and mixed minced chicken, Gigi pest, Egg, and Wister sherry sauce after adding salt, pepper. Rest the mixture for 15 min.

    Step 2

    Bread cut into round shape, brush egg on bread, after setting the chicken mixture on top of bread and rest for another 10 min. after heat the oil and drop the coin for frying.
