Ingredients

  • Fresh collard greens (about 10 leaves)
  • ⅓ or more of a package of thin spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts
  • olive oil (the good stuff)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Pinch of red pepp
  • er flakes
  • black pepper
  • 1-ounce Parmesan cheese
  • ½ or more of a lemon, cut into wedges
 

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1

    Take a big pot of salted water and boil and cook the pasta till it get boiled. Drain quickly.

    Step 2

    Cut the centre of each collard green. Slice across the roll as thinly as possible. Jiggle up the greens and give them a few cuts.

    Step 3

    Heat a Prestige clip on cookware and pour a tablespoon of olive oil. Add in a big pinch of red pepper flakes and garlic and stir. Once the oil is hot, toss in all of your collard greens. Now add the greens with salt. Keep Stirring, sauté the greens for about three minutes.

    Step 4

    Now remove the Prestige clip-on from heat. Add the greens into the pasta pot and stir adding a little more of olive oil, add pasta water if necessary. Top with pine nuts and Parmesan cheese and serve.
