Step 1. Wash and blanch the spinach and prepare paste.
Step 2. Slit the green chilly and chop the onion and Garlic.
Step 3. Cut the paneer into half inch pieces and keep a side.
Step 4. Heat oil in a pan and add Cumin seeds, when it crackles add green chilly and chopped Garlic, fry till it is transparent and add turmeric.
Step 5. Add chopped Onion and fry for a while.
Step 6. Now Add spinach paste and a little water, add all the Seasonings like Cumin powder , Salt, chilly powder and cook.
Step 7. Add paneer and cook for one minute.
Step 8. Now add some cream , Butter, Chopped Coriander leaves.
Step 9. Place the curry in serving bowl.
