From egg l will make panner and the gravy which is base on cashewnut cream milk fry onion paste with ginger and garlic paste green chill paste salt sugar white pepper powder and required onion garlic and ginger for to make panner


4 egg 2 big Onion 1 whole garlic for paste and juice 1 inch ginger for paste and juice 1 tsp white pepper powder 1 half tsp sugar 1 big cup of milk 1tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 10 number cashewnut paste 2 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp refine oil Salt to taste

Step By Step Method

  • Beat egg with salt ginger garlic juice add baking powder mix it well then bake or steam for 15 to 20 minutes it will become Panner then cool it cut it cube shape Heat oil add sclice onion fry till light golden colour and keep it side Then fry cashewnut Now make a paste of cashewnut and fry onion Add butter into same pan add garlic ginger paste Cook it for some then add cashewnut and fry onion paste cook till oil left Then add little milk on it a cook for minute Then add salt sugar and pepper powder mix it well Add Panner and cook it low flame for few minutes add cream mix well Add garm masala mix it garnish with fry onion Serve with rice
