  • 2 grated Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of Sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon of Cardamom powder
  • Thinly sliced dry fruits-  Almonds, Raisins and Cashewnuts
  • 1tablespoon of  Vark (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of  Desi ghee

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1

    Take the bowl with water add a pinch of yellow colour in it. Microwave the grated potatoes for 3 minutes. Drain the water.

    Step 2

    Heat pan adds ghee and sugar. Caramelise the sugar but take care not to brown it.StAdd boiled grated potatoes to it.

    Step 3

    Add the cardamom powder. Stir it up well. Dry the water. Add a few dry fruits.

    Step 4

    Garnish with the remaining almonds and vark. Best to be eaten in Navratri.
