  • 1 litre full-fat Whole Milk
  • 115 gms Sugar
  • 25gms Cornflour+85ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon of Kewra water
  • 1 Washington Red Apple
  • 100ml water + 75 gms sugar
  • 4 Washington Red Apples (scooped to make cups to serve Rabri in )

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1

    In a pan boil water with sugar and add 1 peeled and finely diced apple to it. Cook these contents for 10 min on medium flame. Keep this aside to cool.

    Step 2

    In another heavy bottomed pan boil milk till it thickens and reduces to half its quantity.

    Step 3

    Now add the sugar and cornflour mixture to it. Keep stirring this for 5 minutes on low flame. Remove from the heat source and add the kewra water. Mix in the cooked apple mixture now.

    Step 4

    Let the mixture cool down and refrigerate it till it is chilled. Serve this Apple Rabri in the scooped out Apples for a delicious feast.
