Avocado is fondly called the “Aligator Pear”. It is rich in healthy fats, highly nutritious and rich in soluble fiber keeping your gut in the best of its health.


  • 2 ripe Avocados cut into pieces

  • ½ cup of water

  • ½ Lemon juice

  • Honey to taste


Step By Step Method

  • Put the cut pieces of ripe Avocados in a blender, add water and blend thoroughly. Pour this out into a glass. Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir. Add in the honey and stir. Your delicious Avocado juice is ready.
