it is a type of baked sweet dish made from chenna , khoya, sugar and rabidi.



Step By Step Method


    Take fresh channa knead it well till smooth. Add khoya, sugar,cardamom powder and knead it gently. keep it aside for some time.

    FOR RABIDI:heat the kadai with 1 litre of milk. 2 tbsp of sugar,1/2 tsp of elachi powder and reduce it to make 250ml of rabidi.

    METHOD: Grease the small tart mould then add small portion of cheese batter in it. Add 2tbsp spoon of rabidi on the top of the batter. Then add 1 cup of water in a baking tray  and pre- heat the oven at 170*c. Arrange the tart mould in the baking tray and bake it for 30 min.

    Decorate with cahewnuts and khismis. Serve Hot or Cold.
