Very healthy for children and adults also we get good health benefits during winter because the origami leaves prevent us from cold and cough beetel leaves give us calcium.


Ingredients

Beetel leaves - 5, Origami leaves-5, Rice- 2tsp, Channa dal- 1/2cup, Udadh dal - 2tsp, Chilli powder- 2tsp, Salt to taste, Oil to fry, Water to mix.

Step By Step Method

  • Soak the rice and dhal for about 1 hour and grind it to a nice dosa batter consistency and add salt, turmeric and chilli powder, mean while heat oil for frying. Now wash the leaves and wipe it to dry, once the oil is hot dip the leaves in the batter and fry till it is done. Serve it with sauce or mint chutney.
