Warm blueberry soup is a traditional Scandinavian snack you eat to warm up from cross-country skiing.


  • 150 g frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp powdered cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • To serve: Greek yogurt or similar (optional)

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1

    Add all the ingredients to a prestige cookware and heat in medium.

    Step 2

    When the blueberries release its juice, bring the mixture to boil, cook another 5.

    Step 3

    Mash some of the blueberries to give the soup a thick texture. Serve hot with yogurt.
