Valentine is the perfect time for warm and satisfying caramel pudding. This pudding is delightfully comforting .It just requires only 4 ingredients and 30 minutes to make this caramelecious dessert. No worries , no jhanjhat .


Ingredients

Full cream milk - 3 cups Egg - 5 Sugar - 1/2 cup + 5 tabs Vanilla essence - few drops

Step By Step Method

  • * Bring milk and half cup of sugar to boil in a sauce pan. * Bring it down at room temperature. * Beat eggs till fluffy. Add vanilla essence to it. * Now mix milk into egg mixture. Beat well. * Strain the mixture and keep aside. * To make caramel, heat 5 table spoons of sugar in an aluminium cake tin or pudding mould. Add 1 tablespoon of water and cook till the sugar caamelizes (do not overcook it). * Now pour the milk and egg mixture in the caramelized container. * Fill water in cooker. * The quantity should be less than half of cake tin. * Put a stand in the cooker. * Wrap the cake tin with aluminium foil. Now place it on the stand. * Remove gasket and whistle from cooker. Just put the lid on. Bring it to boil for 35 to 40 minutes on medium flame. * If water dries up, you may pour some more water from the sides. *Let it cool down completely. Put a dish on pudding and flip it. * Cut into desired pieces.
