Chamomile tea is soothing and calms the nerves and muscles down, encouraging good quality sleep at night. Chamomile tea comes from the dried edible flowers of Matricaria chamomilla plant, otherwise known as chamomile. It is caffeine-free and makes a great night-time drink.

Step By Step Method

  • Add 2 teaspoons of loose chamomile tea in a hot teapot. Then pour hot water which is just short of boiling water over the loose tea. Cover the pot with a lid and let it steep for 5 minutes. Filter the tea and relish its freshness. The same would apply if you are using a chamomile tea bag. Steep 1 tea bag for a cup of hot water for 3-5 minutes.
