Onion,tomato,mutton,ginger-garlic paste,haldi powder,salt,green chillies,pepper powder.coriander leaves

Step By Step Method

  • First boil 1 kg mutton with 1 spoon haldi powder,1 spoon salt,2 spoons of ginger garlic paste,2 cut tomatoes,1cut onion and pressure cook with 1 glass water .let 2 whistles come...mean while in a prestige nonstick pan out coconut oil,slit green chillies,and pour the content from the pressure cook and cook until it thickens..then in the end check salt,put 2 spoons of pepper powder and coriander leaves and serve hot with rasam or sambhar rice.
