It's a fusion of Chinese samosa .its very yummy crispy and healthy.iys my own innovative recipe .I had used schezwan sauce in stuffing.


Ingredients

Schezwan cabbage capsicum CRISPY SAMOSA😋😋 Samosa dough Maidha.3/4cup Corn flour.1/4cup Lemon.half Hot oil.2tsp Salt.as required Ajwain seeds .little STUFFING Chopped onion.1 cup .three colour capsicum .1 cup .carrot grated .1/2cup cabbage. 1cup green peas .1/2cup salt.pepper. little green chilli paste.little SOYA sauce.home made schezwan sauce.

Step By Step Method

  • Schezwan cabbage capsicum CRISPY SAMOSA😋😋 Samosa dough Maidha.3/4cup Corn flour.1/4cup Lemon.half Hot oil.2tsp Salt.as required Ajwain seeds .little Mix all these with water and rest for 1 hour by applying oil on it. STUFFING In a pan add oil then go on adding .Chopped onion.three colour capsicum.carrot. cabbage.green peas .fry all these untill crisp.now add salt.pepper. little green chilli paste.little SOYA sauce.home made schezwan sauce. And saute altogether nicely. Now roll the dough into chaoathis and lightly dry roast on pan for 30 seconds on each side and make it into 2 parts and make it into cone shape and fill the stuffing and press it tightly on edges and deep fry in oil. Roast until it becomes light brown and keep it aside .after 1 minute deep fry it again until crisp.
