Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Chocolate Milk
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon of Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ cup of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 ripe Mango cut into slices

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1

    Combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl.

    Step 2

    In another separate bowl, beat the egg, vanilla essence, milk and oil together.

    Stir in the chocolate chips into the egg mixture.

    Now combine the wet and dry ingredients of the 2 bowls together. Your pancake batter is ready.

    Take a hot greased griddle, pour a ladle of the batter onto it.
