Ingredients

Milk -2cup, water- half cup, rice flour -2cup, jaggery- 1spoon, salt to taste, jeera- 2 t spoon and oil to fry

Cookwares

Thick base pan 1, wooden spoon 1, big plate to prepare dough, 1 small vessel, fry pan , frying spoon, plate and bowl for presentation

Step By Step Method

  • Keep milk n water to boil in a thick base pan, bring it to boil then add jaggery and then rice flour, close the pan with lid and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame . After 10 minutes mix it well and let it cool. Now smash the mixture to make a soft dough without any lumps and jeera to the dough. Make little thick rings from the dough . Keep oil pan to heat then fry the prepared rings in high flame... Fry till it turns light golden brown.... Now yummy crunchy rings are ready to serve.... It will be served with coconut chutney....
