1 cup maida , 1 cup atta , 1 big tomato, 1 carrot, half red bell pepper, 4 pods of garlic , 1 small onion , Red n Yellow bell pepper, corn, spinach, zucchini, tomato n onion , Chilli sauce , Mozzarella cheese , salt

Step By Step Method

  • 1. Prepare Pizza dough using 1 cup maida n 1 cup atta and activated yeast n water.. apply oil on the dough n put it aside to rise. 2. Pizza sauce: Steam 1 big tomato, 1 carrot, half red bell pepper, 4 pods of garlic and 1 small onion in pressure cooker. Let the veggies cool n blend them in smooth paste. Add 1 big spoon of ketchup, 1 spoon of Chilli sauce and salt as per taste. Instant pizza sauce is ready. 3. Cut veggies as per your choice. I used Red n Yellow bell pepper, corn, spinach, zucchini, tomato n onion. Sprinkle li'l bit salt on them. 4. Start preparing pizza base. punch the fermented dough n knead it till smooth. Start rolling the dough. Now cut the processed cheese into pieces and stuff it into the sides of the base by folding the side inwardly. Poke the base with fork for proper cooking. preheat the oven n bake the base for 4-5 minutes at 180 degree C till semi cooked. 5. Now take out the base n apply pizza sauce and arrange the veggies on it. Spread shredded Mozzarella cheese ( my husband prefer to put mozzarella before the veggies to avoid overcooking of cheese due to direct heat contact..also veggies remain crunchy 😉). 6. Bake the Pizza a at 180 degree C for 8-10 minutes. Pizza is ready💁.
