Ingredients

1/2 kg boneless mutton cubes 4 medium onion 4 medium tomato 1 tbsp red chilly powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 cup coriander leaves 5 to 6 garlic 1 small piece ginger 4 to 5 green chiilies 8 to 10 cashews 1 tbsp cumin seeds 1 lemon juice 1/2 cup boiled peas 1/2 cup boiled noodles 2 eggs boiled Few tomato slices for decoration 1 egg Oil Salt to taste

Step By Step Method

  • Firstly grind coriander leaves...garlic..ginger..green chillies....cashews..cumin seeds...lemon juice Meanwhile....in a cooker...take some oil...add finely chopped onions....saute nicely till the onions are transculent....then add chopped tomatoes and saute nicely....then add mutton washed and drained nicely...give it a mix...then goes in red chilly powder..garam masala powder...saute nicel..add half a cup water and take whistles till the mutton is fully done... Then when u open the lid...dry the gravy little...then add the grinded paste...saute nicely..then time to add boiled peas...noodles...and boiled eggs..give it a light mix....adjust the gravy...it should be medium thick....greese the baking tray with some ghee and spread the mixture properly....then put a layer of tomato slices....beat the eggs with some salt...and make it the next layer....drizzle some oil and ghee is also a option....bake it in convection plus grill mode for about 8 to 10 mins...or till the eggs r nice and fluffy.....serve it with freshly baked buns...or soft rotis.....
