  • Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder
  • 1 Chopped green Chilly
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • Kastoori methi
  • Cooking Oil
  • Salt to taste


Step By Step Method

    • Make a soft dough of Wheat Flour, Besan, by adding Curd, Kastoori Methi and Leftover Dal.
    • After kneading and smoothening the dough, break lumps from it.
    • Roll the ball into a small circle like roti.
    • Cook it from both sides by adding some oil.
    • Serve it hot with Aachar or a cup of tea.
