Dates and Cashews ladoos are vitalising and fulfill your sweet cravings.


  • 20 pitted dates or deseeded dates,
  • ¼ cup of mixed dry fruits, like- Almonds, walnuts and cashew nuts.
  • 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut.


Step By Step Method

    • Dry roast the nuts for a few minutes and coarsely grind them.
    • Soften the dates in a pan by heating uniformly till soft.
    • Blend the dates. Then blend the dates, nuts and 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut together.
    • Now knead them together with your hands for a perfect blend.
    • Divide them into uniform balls and roll them in desiccated coconut for the extra flavour and punch.
    • Have them anytime as a mid meal snack as an energy booster.
