Ingredients

1. Crispy Chicken Sticks - Bone less chicken cube 1kg, Kasmiri Red chili Powder 2 spoon, Salt 1 small spoon, Red Chili Powder 2 small spoon, Coriander powder 2 spoon, Roasted cumming powder 1 small spoon, Chat masala 1 small spoon, Gram Masala half spoon, Haldi 1/4 spoon, Kali mirch j1/2 spoon, refined oil 6 spoons, Ginger paste 1 spoon, Garlic paste 1 spoon, 2 medium size Lemon juice, Dense Curds 1/2 cup, Basan 2 small spoon, Red orange food colour 1/4 spoon, Sticks 10, 3 Medium size Onion cube, 2 Medium size Capsicum cube, 2 Medium Onion ring, Coriander leaves 2. Mutton Kalegi Masala - Mutton with Kalegi 1 kg, Refined Oil 4 big spoon, Green ilachi 2pc, big ilachi 2pc, Kali mirch 10 pc, Dal chini 2 to 3 pc, Tej pata 2 to 3 pc, Saa jira 1/2 spoon, Onion small cut 1/2 cup, Ginger paste 2 spoon, Garlic paste 2 spoon, Onion paste 1/2 cup, Coriander powder 1 1/2 spoon, Haldi powder 1/2 spoon, Red chili powder 1/2 spoon, Gram masala, 1 spoon, salt according to taste, water 1 cup, coriander leaves. 3. Green Peace Pullow - Kolam Rice 250 gram, Clove 3pc, Saa Jira 1/2 spoon, green ilachi 3pc, Kali Mirch 7pc, Big ilachi 3pc, Tej Pata 3pc, Dalchini 2pc, Fine chop onion 1 cup, Garlic paste 1 spoon, Ginger paste 1 spoon, Onion paste 1 spoon, Green peace 1 katori, refined oil 3 spoon, coriander powder 1 spoon, Gram masala powder 1/2 spoon, salt according to your taste, coriander leaves.

Step By Step Method

  • 1. Crispy Chicken sticks - put the stick on the water, wash cleanly bone less chicken cubes, take the salt, kasmiri red chili powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, bhuna jira powder, chat masala, gram masala, haldi and kali mirchi on a bowel and mix it. add ginger & garlic paste and mix it properly. put curd and onion water and mix it. then add the chicken cube and mix it. Take prestige pan and 3 spoon oils and warm it on prestige gas stove. put 2 spoon basan on the pan and roasted it properly in low flame. once it roasted then add Orange food red color and mix it. stop the stove and pour this roasted mix on the chicken bowel and mix it. it there is time then keep this bowel for 30 minutes for marinate. use the wood stick and put the chicken cube, onion cube, capsicum cube one bye one and make sure in one stick there should be at least 4 cube of chickens on middle of the onion & Capsicum. take fry pan add 4 to 6 spoon oils and once heated, fry the stick chicken on it, you have make sure to rotate it to fry all side. once it fried then served with the chatini. 2.Mutton Kalegi Masala - Wash the Mutton Kalegi cleanly and put on the filter bowel to come out the water on that. Take a prestige pressure cooker put on the gas stove and pour 4 big spoon oil, once the oil warmed then put all khada masala, and kadakane de, after that put the onion choped on the oil. fry it until red. after that put the mutton kalegi and fry with other in gredients till 15 to 20 minutes. then add the ginger, garlic paste & onion paste, bhuna le for 2 to 4 minutes. Add the all powdered masala and salt according to test, then bhune for 15 minutes then add 1 cup water and put the lead on the cooker on high flame, wait for the first whistle, after that reduce the flame to low and make sure it will whistle at least 3 to 4 times. wait to cooker to all its gas out and then serve it on the bowl. 3. Green Peace Pullow - take a pot and add 3 spoon oil and warm it, put the all khada masala and wait for it to khadke then add choped onion it. fry it till onion brown it then add ginger, garlic and onion paste and fry it for 3 minutes. then add coriander, gram masala powder and bhune. then add green peace and cook it with all. take the double quantity of water and pour on the pot along with salt according to your taste. put the flame on high, once water started boiling, then put the washed kolam rice on it. it should be on high flame until the less water and when water came down less, then reduce the flame. Let put the pot 10 to 15 minutes. then serve it.
