Egg Paniyaram is one of the most loved recipes for snacks. It is instantly loved for the soft and fluffy texture which tastes yummy.


  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 3/4 cup Refined oil
  • 1/2 cup idli batter
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt


Step By Step Method

  • Step 1

    Pour 1/4 cup of water in a large pan. Add salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder and cumin powder.

    Step 2

    Break the eggs in a pan and beat well. Add the idli batter and mix well.

    Step 3

    Pour the batter into greased Prestige paniyaram cookware moulds.

    Step 4

    Heat a pan over medium flame. Place the Prestige paniyaram moulds in the pan and cover with a lid. Cook on both sides till golden brown. Remove and serve with mint chutney.
