Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons of organic unrefined cane sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • Pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of Curd
  • 2 tablespoons of Oil (Olive Oil or Rice Bran Oil)
  • 6-7 tablespoons of Whole Milk ( adjust with less or more as per the consistency of the dough)
  • ½ teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon of Vanilla essence

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven at 200 degree celsius for 10 minutes before you introduce the cookies.

    Step 2

    Take a large mixing bowl, add all the wet ingredients in them.

    Step 3

    Whisk in the sugar till completely dissolved.

    Step 4

    Now sieve the flour, baking soda and salt directly into it.

    Step 5

    Throw in the chocolate chips. Mix the mixture up with a spatula and bring it to a sticky dough like consistency.

    Step 6

    Smear your hands with oil and pull out small sized balls from the dough, flatten them slightly to give it a cookie shape.

    Step 7

    Place these on a greased tray and introduce it into the oven.

    Step 8

    Bake these delicacies at 180-degree celsius for 15-25 minutes. Keep a check on them to get a beautiful golden outcome.

    Step 9

    The tray is placed in the centre rack with both the top and bottom heating elements functioning. Remove them while hot, let them cool down and relish them.
