½ small bottle gourd cut into chunks

1 small cucumber cut into chunks

1 Lemon

½ cup of water

Black Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

  • Put the ingredients in a mixer-grinder with some ½ cup of water and sieve the juice out. Lastly, squeeze in the lemon juice and add salt and pepper as per taste. Your nourishing juice is ready.
