Fruity dessert for your sugar cravings.


Ingredients

1 bowl of milk

2 teaspoons of sugar (brown sugar or coconut sugar)

1 tablespoon of custard powder

Water as required

Fruits of your choice: small banana cut into slices, 7-8 grapes, 4-5 slices of musk melon or apple cut into small cubes)

Step By Step Method

  • Boil the milk in a sauce pan. In a separate bowl mix the custard powder, sugar with some water to form a smooth paste, Now add this paste into the boiled milk and give it a whisk till it has blended well with the milk. Let this mixture in the milk simmer for 3-4 minutes. Switch of the gas and transfer to a bowl. Add in the cut fruits and refrigerate the fruits with the custard for 45 minutes and serve chilled.
