  • 1 Goat head cut into pieces
  • 1 cup of freshly chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Coconut powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of  Pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 large finely chopped Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 piece of Cinnamon
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 2 Green Cardamoms
  • Cooking Oil as required
  • Water as required

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1

    In a  pressure cooker add oil, whole garam masalas, chopped onion and roast with some salt till they turn golden brown.

    Step 2

    Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cut goat head and mix well.

    Step 3

    Add enough water to cook for 20 minutes in the pressure cooker.

    Step 4

    Once it is cooked add pepper powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, coconut powder and cook till all the flavours blend in. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti.
