This is usually referred to as "Southern Fried Chicken". It is a dish normally containing chicken pieces which have been floured and then fried.
Ingredients
Boneless chicken breast - 225gm
Salt/pepper - to taste
Vinegar - 20ml
Thyme - 5gm
Refined flour - to dust
Egg beaten - 1no.
Bread crumbs - to coat
Step By Step Method

Step 1. Trim the fat from sides of chicken breast. Wash and pat dry.
Step 2. Slit the chicken breasts into two pieces of even thickness. Flatten the chicken with steak hammer or with the back of knife.
Step 3. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, thyme and vinegar for at least one hour
Step 4. Now dust the chicken with flour and dip in beaten egg, followed by coating it with bread crumbs.
Step 5. Pre heat the Air fryer at 180° C for four minutes. Lightly coat the fryer basket with oil.
Step 6. Keep the chicken in the basket and lightly brush with oil. Air fry at 180° C for 10-12 minutes or golden brown.
