Ingredients

1 Grapefruit- peeled and made into quarters

¾ piece of peeled Ginger

1 Lemon - made into quarters, the skin is kept on (unpeeled)

¼ cup of fresh mint leaves

Step By Step Method

  • Introduce the grapefruit quarters one by one into your slow juicer. Introduce the ginger piece and mint leaves in between the juicing of the grapefruit. Drop in the lemon pieces in the end and juice them thoroughly. Now stir the collected juice and have this stimulating juice.
