A simple pickle of fresh tangy green peppercorns which is very delicious with curd rice.


Green pepper- 6 cups Lemon- 15nos medium size Green chilli- 12 nos Ginger-2 inch length Salt - 1cup

Step By Step Method

  • *Cut the peppercorns into approx.1 inch length, wash it thoroughly and dry it in shade for an hour so that the excess water is removed. * Wash and cut the lemon into small pieces, peel the skin of ginger and cut into small thin strips, slit the green chillies in the middle. *Put all the ingredients in a glass jar with lid ,add salt and mix well. Daily give it a stir for a week and store in the refrigerator.
