Ingredients

400-500 grams of Boneless Fish fillet of your choice cut into even cubes

1 teaspoon of chaat masala ( for garnish)

Mint chutney as the accompaniment

For the marinade

1 ½ tablespoons of ginger garlic paste

1 ½ tablespoons of hung curd

1 heaped tablespoon of chickpea flour

¼ teaspoon of coarsely ground white pepper powder

½ teaspoon of chilli powder

1 teaspoon of cumin powder

1 teaspoon of vegetable oil

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon of freshly chopped coriander

 

Cookwares

Absorbent papers ( to wipe out the moisture from the fish cubes)

A large mixing bowl

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

1 cutting board

1 knife

1 mixing spatula

1 silicone brush

Lemon squeezer

4-5 wooden skewers

Step By Step Method

    1. Keep the wooden skewers soaked in warm water for 30 minutes.

    2. Take a large bowl and mix up all the ingredients of the marinade real well.

    3. Coat the fish cubes evenly with the marinade and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

    4. Preheat the Multi-utility Airfryer for 4-5 minutes.

    5. Skewer the fish cubes onto the wooden skewers, while the Airfryer is preheating.

    6. Coat the grill with oil.

    7. Place the skewers onto the grill and set the Airfryer into the “Fish” preset cooking mode.

    8. Halfway through the grilling process, you could baste the fish cubes with the extra marinade that is left over.

    9. The timer beeps to let you know the completion of the grilling process.

    10. Remove the Fish tikkas from the skewers and serve on a dish with chaat masala sprinkled over them along with some mint chutney.
