Step By Step Method

  • Take four non-starchy, parboiled potatoes. Peel them and grate them in a vertical direction.

     

    The potatoes must resemble thin paper shreds. Mix salt and pepper in the grated potatoes with a fork.

     

    Take a cutter and cut out circles of hash browns.  Take oil in a pan and fry until they turn golden brown. Serve for breakfast.
