Ingredients

Health bhare kabab Raw banana (medium) - 1 Sweet Potato ( medium) - 1 Carrot (medium) - 1 ( grated) Ginger & garlic ( finely chopped)- 1 TSP Green Chilli (medium) - 1 Dhaniya leaves - 1/4 cup (finely chopped) Semolina - 3 tbsp Chat masala - 1/2 TSP Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Oil - 2 tbsp

Step By Step Method

  • 1) Boil the banana and the sweet potato 2) Mash the banana and sweet potato 3) Add the carrot, Ginger & garlic, green chilli, dhaniya leaves, semolina, chat masala, chilli flakes and salt to mashed banana and sweet potato. 4) Mix all the ingredients and make small balls. 5) Take a pan and add oil to it. Once the pan is heated put the kababs on the pan for shallow frying till golden brown. 6) Serve hot with any of your favourite dips.
