Ingredients Jowar flour 1/2 cup Chocolate chips 1 tbsp Palm jaggery | Karupatti 2 tbsp/ jaggery 2tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Milk 2-4 tbsp Baking soda a pinch Baking powder 1/2 tsp Mixed seeds : white sesame, black sesame and fennel seeds to sprinkle Method: In a wide bowl, add the jowar flour, chocolate chips, jaggery, baking soda, baking powder and oil. Mix well. Sprinkle the milk little by little and make it a pliable dough. Quantity of milk depends on the nature of the flour. Take a small portion of the dough and make it a ball and flatten it. If you want you can use a cookie cutter too. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange the cookies, leaving little space between each other. Pre heat the oven for 5 minutes at 150 degrees. Bake in an oven for 10-15 minutes. Baking time vary from oven to oven Cool it and Enjoy these healthy cookies with your tea !!!
