All-purpose Flour [Maida]
Semolina [suji]
Minced Meat

Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder
Finely chopped onions and tomatoes
Finely chopped mint and coriander leaves
Lemon Juice
Clarified Butter [Ghee]

Step By Step Method

  • - Heat oil in a pan.
    - Add onions and saute it till it becomes soft. Add all the spices and finely chopped ginger and garlic to the mixture. Saute it.
    - Add minced meat. Cook the meat till it changes colour. Cover the pan and let it cook till the water dries up. 
    - Just before switching off the knob, add 1tbs of garam masala. Stir it for a minute and let it cool down. 
    Now, let's make our dough. Add all-purpose flour, semolina, salt as per taste, and water to make a smooth dough. Add clarified butter so that your Lukhmi turns good and crispy.
    - Cut the dough into a lemon-sized dough, roll it flat. Stuff it with the prepared meat and seal it with another square by applying a little water over the edges.
    - Deep fry on medium heat.
    - Serve it hot.
