Kelp noodles in a chicken soup


Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
  • celery
  • carrots and noodles
  • tulsi and ginger
  • coriander leaf

Step By Step Method

    • Pour chicken stock into a large pot and bring to a simmer

    • Add chicken breasts, celery, carrots and noodles and cook for about 20 minutes until chicken becomes soft

    • Adds Kelp noodles once the chicken is soft. Serve for more 15 minutes

    • You require serving it hot in the broth along with tulsi and ginger; otherwise, it loses its pleasant crunch but softens and absorbs flavours well.

    • Once the noodles and the chicken mix up use, coriander leaf to add flavour to it and serve hot in a bowl.
