For Kheema filling ½ kg mince (mutton) Spices 1 teaspoon garlic paste ½ teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon garam masala powder Garam Masala 4 Cloves 4 Black pepper 1 Cardamom 1 inch Chinaman ¼ teaspoon sajira powder To be powdered Other ¼ teaspoon papaya powder For Potatoes ½ kg potatoes, boiled and peeled. 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste Mix it For coating 2 eggs ½ teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste

Step By Step Method

  • For Mince Filling Wash mince mutton, drain the water, and apply papaya powder. Grind mince mutton with above spices. Take a pan add 2 teaspoon ghee, fry the above mixer until the water is dried-up. For Potato Mash potatoes and mix red chilli powder, garlic paste and salt Making Patties Make small potato balls. Then press each ball on the palm of hand and put about 1 tablespoon mince filling in the centre. Now pull the edges of mashed potato together to form a Hear Shape Pattice or cutlets. Make all pattice similarly. In a deep bowl beat eggs, season eggs with red chilli powder and salt Coat each pattice in seasoned eggs, heat Ghee and shallow fry each pattice until crispy golden.
