It is a dish from across the border Lahoor (pakistan) and its one of the most favourite dish in that region its full of fresh spices and served with poori or paratha .


Chicken,onions sliced ,tomato puree ,curd,saunf.ajwain,zeera,ginger & garlic paste,kabooli chana,masoor daal,corriander leaves,and lemon. For poori we need maida ,salt and oil

Step By Step Method

  • First take a big vessel in it add 2 table spoon of dalda or oil according to ur taste ,then when the oil is hot aad sliced onions and fry till golden brown next aad red dry chilli flakes roasted dhanya powder, ajwain, zeera haldi ,ginger garlic paste ,tomato puree curd and mix it well then aad chicken pieces cook for 5/10 min till the chicken raw smell dont go away next u aad kabooli boiled chand and boiled masoor daal with the left over water in it and leave it to cook for half an hr till the both the daal get soft and cooked .once it is cooked and the consistency of the gravy comes out properly and finaly garnish with corriander leaves ,ginger and green chillies .And serve this dish with paratha
