Moringa tea is made from the leaves of the drumstick tree also fondly called the “miracle tree”. It is naturally caffeine-free. Moringa tea is packed with antioxidants and vitamins to energize you for the whole day.

Step By Step Method

  • Moringa leaves powder

    Boil a cup of water. Add in a teaspoon of dried ground moringa leaves powder into it. Close the cup with a lid and let it steep for a good 5- 7  minutes. For mint flavor, you could add fresh mint leaves to steep for the last 3 minutes of steeping. This tea is best consumed without filtering to enjoy its maximum health benefits. Add some lemon juice and honey to enjoy its flavor. 

     

    Fresh Moringa leaves

    Add ⅓ cup of fresh moringa leaves to 1 cup of water and boil it for 5 minutes. Filter the fresh tea, add in lemon juice and honey for a great flavor.
