Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 2 cups

  • ½  cup Oats

  • ½  cup Soaked Brown Rice

  • ½  cup Soaked barley

  • ½  cup soaked millets

  • ½  cup flax seed

  • ½  cup Corn flour

  • Honey

  • Olive oil

  • Egg- 1

  • Salt

  • Yeast

  • Water

  • Milk ½ cups

Step By Step Method

    • For the yeast test in a small bowl of water add 1.5 measure of Yeast. If the yeast ferments after some time, this means it is of good quality.

    • Fix the rotating blade and place it in the center of the basket and lock.

    • Now add Wheat flour 2 cups , ½  cup Oats, ½  cup Soaked Brown Rice, ½  cup Soaked barley, ½  cup soaked millets, ½  cup flax seed and ½  cup Corn flour to the container.

    • Add  1 tbsp honey

    • And one tbsp olive oil

    • Now add one egg to the basket

    • Sprinkle some salt in the side

    • Now dig a hole in the center and add put the yeast and cover.  

    • Place the basket i the airfryer and lock.

    • Press the preset “common”

    • After 5 minutes take the container out and check the consistency of the batter. Add some water to get the desired level of consistency

    • Place the container again in the basket and lock. Wait for another 1hr 55 minutes and your multigrain bread is ready
