Mutton cooked in green curry


Mutton 6-8 pcs Oil 2-3 tbsp Haidi 1/2 tsp Onions 2 small Tomato 1 small Lemon 1 Pepper corns 3 tsp Coriander leaves a hand full Cinnamon 1" Cardamon pods 2-3 Cloves 2-3 Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp Potatoes 2-3 Capsicum 1 Khus khus 1 tsp Salt to taste

Step By Step Method

  • Grind Onions,Khus khus,Pepper corns,Coriander , tomato, cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves to a fine paste. Add oil let it heat then all a clove n cardamom each. Add mutton , add salt n haldi n fry the mutton well, now add ginger garlic paste n fry well again till the smell of ginger garlic goes away. Then add the ground masala, dhania powder, garam masala powder n juice of 1 lemon n let it cool for 15-20 mins. Then add cut potatoes n capsicum n close the pressure cooker n let it cook for 2-3 whistles. Serve hot with wheat parathas
