Yennegai badanekai: badanekai medium to small size,onion,coriander Dry ingredients: roasted ground nut powder,til powder,gurallu powder,dry coconut powder,garam masala powder,chilli powder,jogarry,turmiric powder,salt to taste,oil. Palak dal: one palak bunch,ginger-garlic paste,green chilli paste,turmiric,oil,musted seeds,jeera,salt to taste. Radish salad: radish two,radish leaf,one onion,gree chilli,oil,salt,sugar Roti: jowar flour,hot water

Step By Step Method

  • Yennegai badanekai: first take a pan put some oil and add musted seeds ,jeera,finely chopped onion and fry for few seconds then switch off d stove. Mix all dry ingredients and put some oil mix them all well and cut d bringal in to four parts and stuff d dry ingredients in to it.now put d stuffed bringal in to d pan and switch on d stove fry for 1 minute then add required water. Cook till d bringal become soft & oil flot on d curry.now the north Karnataka special Yennegai badanekai is ready... Palak dal: first put some oil into d pan add musted seeds,jeera,ginger-garlic,green chilli paste.add little turmeric powder and now put chopped palak fry for one minute.add cooked tur dal.add salt to taste.palak dal is ready. Radish salad: grate d radish and chope one onion and radish leaf. Put some oil into d pan add jeera,green chilli,onion fry for one minute.switch off d stove.now add gratted radish & radish leaf salt to taste and sugar. Roasted groundnut dry chutney: put roasted ground nut into d mixer jar add salt to d taste,red chilli powder,jeera,garlic,tamirind little,joggery.make a dry powder.chutney is ready. Flexseed chutney: put roasted flex seeds into the mixer add salt to taste,red chilli powder,jeera,joggery.make dry fine powder. Flex seeds chutney is ready.
