Pasta Milk Mixed vegetables ( carrots, broccoli, corn, bell peppers) Onion Chilli flakes Oregano Fresh Basil Orange zest Saffron Salt Olive oil

Step By Step Method

  • Boil pasta - al dante In a pan , heat oil and sweat onions and chilli flakes until translucent Add milk and water and bring it boil Add vegetables as it starts to thicken Add the orange zest and mix well Add saffron milk for flavour Add some Salt Add cooked pasta Adjust the seasoning Top it with grated cheese Garnish with fresh basil Serve hot
