As the main ingredient of this dish is fish, it is rich in Omega-3, fatty acids, vitamin-D etc which can benefit both heart and brain.Eating fish reduces the risk of cancer and arthritis.It is a less oily food and goes well with a starch for lunch or dinner.


1.1/2 kg Bhasa fish fillets 2.Ginger and garlic paste-2table spoon Soya sauce-2 table spoon,Pepper powder-11/2 table spoon,Salt to taste, Olive Oil-3 table spoon for frying. 3. For making the sauce Capsicum chopped-1 table spoon, Onion-1 table spoon, Garlic-1/2 table spoon,Corn floor-1/2 table spoon For garnishing Green and red bell pepper-1 table spoon each and 1 table spoon spring onions chopped.

Step By Step Method

  • First marinate fish in the second ingredients and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour. Then pan fry the fish Keep it aside and prepare the sauce For making sauce first stir the first 3 ingredients of the third group in the remaining oil which we used for frying the fish and then add the remaining marinate and stir well and check the thickness. Place the fried fish in a plate and pour the sauce on top of it then garnish with red,green bell pepper and spring onions.Serve hot with stir fried vegetable rice.
