Papaya puree 2 cups Desiccated coconut 1 cup Milk powder 1 cup Milkmaid 1 cup Ghee 1 cup Ragi flour 3 spoons Maida 4 spoons Cornflour 1 spoon Salt to taste Soya granules 1 cup Paprika powder 1 spoon Mix herbs 1 spoon Cashew pieces 1 spoon Badami pieces 1 spoon Tutti fruitti 1 spoon Pista 1 spoon Kismiss 1 spoon Dry Coconut pieces 1 spoon Oil for deep fry

Step By Step Method

  • Heat the kadai, add papaya puree and keep strring continuously until it becomes thick. Add desiccated coconut,milk powder, milkmaid and mix without lumps. Add ghee , continuously stirring until the ghee starts to come out, switch off the flame, transfer it into a plate and let it cool. Mix cashew, badami , kismiss,pista, tutti fruitti, Coconut pieces &mix, keep aside. Take a vessel add ragi flour, maida ,two spoon of ghee, some water and salt and make dough of chapathi dough thickness. Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes. Take papaya mix on your plam. Flaten it,add dry fruits mix and make it into balls.Make balls out of alk the papaya mix. Fry soya granules with ghee and powder it,and keep it on a plate. Add and mix herbs & paprika powder to it.soya mix is ready. Take a bowl,add a spoon of cornflour,maida &salt ,water and mix it to make thin batter. Roll the ragi dough inti thin layer and cut circles out of it. Take the circles to cover the papaya balls. Dip these balls in thin batter and roll them o soya mix. Deep fry these balls. Papaya magic ball ready.
