Ingredients 1 500 grams lamb mutton (pierce or light cut, the pieces with sharp knife) 2 1/4 tea spoon Papaya powder 3 ½ Lemon juice 4 4-5 tea spoon red Chilli powder (Byadgi -Haveri District, Karnataka) 5 1 tea spoon Ginger paste 6 1 ½ tea spoon Garlic paste 7 ½ tea spoon Garam Masala (Home-made) 8 ½ coconut roasted powder (brown) 9 1/3 tea spoon Turmeric powder 10 4-5 table spoon Ghee Garam Masala 1 ¼ tea spoon Shajeera 2 4-5 Cloves 3 2 green Cardamom 4 5-6 black Pepper 5 1 inch Cinnamon

Step By Step Method

  • 1. Wash the mutton, dry it, apply lemon juice and papaya powder and mix it 2. Mix salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger and garlic paste and coconut powder 3. Apply the above mixer to mutton 4. Keep the mutton in refrigerator for 1 hour 5. Take Prestige cooker, pour Ghee, add mutton and fry for 5 minutes 6. Add two cup of water, cook for 5 minutes (5 to 6 whistles) until cooked 7. Ready to serve
