Step By Step Method

  • sieve the flour twice and add yeast Dissolve salt and sugar in water mix with flour Add the beaten eggs in flour and knead to smooth and soft dough Knead in fat Rest the dough for 30 minutes roll the dough to 1/8 thickness and cut it with a cutter keep it on greased and dusted tray and dock it pour the filling and scatter grated cheese on it Rest it for 15-20 minutes to have a good body to the pizza Bake at 200 c for 25 to 30 minutes and preferably
